The work of this class is a focused literature review paper. Identify a business topic (org change or HR) that is ideally related to an issue or initiative or challenge at my workplace and need to write a focused literature review that explores that issue or initiative or challenge. The topic selected is: A Comprehensive Review of Cybersecurity Measures in Healthcare Systems: Trends, Challenges, and Best Practices. You will identify best practices that relate to that issue initiative or challenge. You will use academic and professional sources. Attached there is an annotated bibliography with five sources. An additional five sources will be needed to have the 10 sources required. You will then make recommendations for the organization (Saint Joseph University Medical Center) based on the literature review and the policies and culture of the organization. I also attached some information I could gather from the Executive Director. If I can gather more information I will include it with sufficient time.
