For example, your colleague may indicate that her assessment suggests she has high interpersonal skills. She may describe how she is able to engage almost anyone in conversation. You will respond by illustrating how her ability to engage anyone in conversation reflects her ability to understand and effectively interact with others (as per Gardner’s theory). You might ask her how she knows what to say in certain situations as part of your response. In this way, you are “sharing intelligence.” 🙂
