This includes drafts of any materials you will use for implementation (clinical practice guideline draft, pre- and post- surveys, education teaching plan, etc.) You will also meet with your DNP project mentor to review your proposed action plan for your DNP project.

I have been assigned to a medical surgical unit where I have been tasked with working with a preceptor who is doctorate prepared to help with reducing the number of catheter associated urinary tract infections (CAUTI).
