What are the best practices for integrating older employees?

I would like a Research Proposal on “Managing Age Diversity in Japan’s Aging Workforce” The focus is to investigate strategies for managing age diversity and leveraging the potential of older workers. I think some potential questions can be how do companies in Japan manage the challenges associated with aging workforce? What are the best practices for integrating older employees? The reason why I choose this theme is because Singapore is becoming an ageing society and citizens aged 65 and above make up almost a fifth of Singapore’s population in 2023 (5.92 million). In Japan, almost a third of its population is 65 with a population of 36.23 million. One reason I chose Japan is that Japan became a super aged society in 2005. Even know in Japan there are many older people dedicate themselves to work even though their retiring age is younger than Singapore. I want to see what is Japan doing with their ageing workforce as technically they are more “experienced” in this field as they are super aged society and what can Singapore learn from Japan. Describe in detail in the research plan about the theme, approach, and methods, etc. which you intend to use. The format that I want is an abstract, introduction, literature review/ related works, methods, results, conclusion and references. The references are not to be included in the word count. Please do include as much Japanese based sources as possible.
