Write a reflective inquiry into behavior management strategies and their Impact on learning.

I need to write a 3500-word reflective essay on behaviour management strategies and their impact on learning. Read the documents which say read 1st and read 2nd please – very important. I have provided several documents from my tutor that outline the key details and expectations for the assignment. The first document includes comprehensive instructions and lists the learning outcomes (LO) that must be addressed. The 2nd document attached provides my vision for the essay, along with an explanation of its significance. Additionally, there are other relevant documents that must be reviewed too as it gives more of an insight. I have specifically requested your assistance because you wrote my previous essay, (An understanding of verbal praise and how it will enable me to be more effective at supporting children’s learning) and I believe you will do an excellent job with this one as well. This new essay requires a different title and focus, so please do not copy content from the previous essay. Based on the first assignment, which also explored behaviour management, the rationale for this new essay will continue to delve into behaviour management strategies. I provided all the instructions and relevant documents needed for this assignment, which hoping it will give you a clear understanding of my requirements. I have not collected evidence due to time constraints, so I will need you to create a fictional log to serve as an appendix, as if I had documented my work progress. Please refer to the second document for guidance on this. I do have actual evidence in the form of feedback from an observation of my behavior management during a math lesson, which can be included in the appendix as well. While my case study will focus on this math lesson, I would like the main essay to address the broader aspects outlined by my tutor in the 1st document I had provided, rather than focusing solely on the math lesson. 1st document has info of how the essay structure should be.
